1. Digital products — all sales final
Our products are delivered as downloadable digital files. Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, the purchase is final and non-refundable. This is standard for digital goods and reflects the fact that the product cannot be returned.
2. If something is wrong, we'll make it right
If your file is damaged, fails to download, or isn't what was described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@themontessorilab.co with your order details. We'll repair the file, re-send it, or otherwise make it right.
3. Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once the download has been made available. If you purchased by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file, email us promptly and we'll do our best to help.
4. Subscriptions and the 365-Day Vault
The 365-Day Brain Builder Vault is a one-time purchase that includes future monthly releases at no additional charge — it is not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. The same digital-download terms above apply.
5. Purchases made through a marketplace
If you bought a product through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace's refund policy also applies. Reach out to us either way and we'll help.
